Her appointment follows two years as group business director at the agency. She has more than 17 years' experience in strategic media planning and buying solutions, including spells at Carat, OMD and Clemenger Group, across clients like Johnson & Johnson, IAG and Lion Nathan.
In her new role, Kallas will be responsible for the daily management of the Sydney operation across all areas of client service.
