Soetanto, who took up his role with Publicis Shanghai after almost a decade helming Publicis’ Taiwan office (Media, 27 July), has been tasked with spearheading the agency’s growth plans with a focus on building its local client base, in a bid to drive growth in a difficult and relatively inactive market.
“We need people with an open mindset who can innovate, try new things and take the agency to the next level,” said DDB president and CEO Dick van Motman.
