Soetanto returns to Taiwan for DDB role

TAIPEI - Publicis Shanghai managing director Roy Soetanto is returning to Taiwan to take up the managing director role of DDB's Taiwan operation, replacing Caroline Chyr who departed for DraftFCB recently.
