SATELLITE & CABLE: ESS wins English soccer rights

<p>ESPN Star Sports (ESS) has won exclusive terrestrial and cable and </p><p>satellite television broadcast rights to English Premier League in </p><p>Asia. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>The deal allows ESS to distribute to one of the world's most popular </p><p>football league for the next three seasons beginning this August. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>"As well as showing five Premier League matches live each match week, we </p><p>will show daily Premier League support programming," said ESS Star </p><p>Sports managing director Rik Dovey. </p><p><BR><BR> </p>
