Pooley returns to OgilvyOne

HONG KONG - OgilvyOne Hong Kong has appointed Shayne Pooley executive creative director, marking a return to the network after he departed its Singapore operation six months ago.

Pooley (pictured) replaces Tony Peck who has stepped down from the role. Pooley, who had been with OgilvyOne Singapore for seven years, most recently as creative director, departed the network mid last year for a six-month stint at Clemenger Harvie Edge Melbourne, before seeking to return to Asia-Pacific.

Pooley will oversee OgilvyOne’s dual creative teams headed by Matthew Kwan and Cecilia Yim respectively, and will work across a range of clients including American Express, DHL, Nokia and IBM.

Tasked with “broadening the agency’s service offering”, Pooley will report to Sean Rach, managing director, OgilvyOne.

“What Sean’s known for is big ideas and excellence in execution, and he’ll really be taking on a large mentor role with our younger talent,” said Rach.
