Vine hears that Douglas Gautier, the charming and affable deputy
executive director of the Hong Kong Tourist Association, has joined the
seemingly endless procession of people who have slipped through the exit
door in recent months.
We also hear that Douglas, who has a long and glorious history in
communications in Asia, has just one regret: that Vine has yet to give
him "the treatment" that others have been blessed with.
