Wataru Kageyama (pictured), recently with Robot Communications in Tokyo, will take on the role of representative director and chief operating officer of digital subsidiary NYX Proximity, as of early April.
He will be in charge of managing all aspects of the business, with special emphasis on boosting the agency’s CRM and digital communications capabilities. Kageyama will report will report directly to Masayuki Nozoe, president and CEO of I&S BBDO.
Former Dentsu Young & Rubicam executive Yasuo Senda, meanwhile, has joined I&S BBDO as executive director responsible for global accounts, effective immediately, as part of the building of a new management team that began last year. He will remain in Tokyo, and will also report directly to Nozoe.
