M+C Saatchi Group has promoted national executive creative director Emma Robbins to the newly-created role of chief creative officer, Melbourne. Robbins will continue her role in national creative leadership for key clients at M+C ANZ while focusing on advancing Melbourne’s creative direction. Prior to her elevation, Robbins spent seven years as M+C Saatchi’s ECD in Melbourne. Before joining M+C, she spent four years as managing partner and creative director at The Shannon Company, and over a decade as creative director at Clemenger BBDO.
Havas has announced a joint venture between Havas Red and H/Advisors in Singapore, providing customers with an offering that combines strategic corporate communications with enhanced PR, social, experiential, and content capabilities in Singapore and Southeast Asia. Mark Worthington, managing director and co-founder of Singapore-based H/Advisors Klareco, will take on the additional role of managing director of HAVAS Red in Singapore, which will incorporate the H/Advisors Klareco brand PR team. Worthington will also continue to drive the growth of H/Advisors Klareco alongside co-founder and CEO Ang Shih Huei. Kenny Yap, who had been leading Havas Red Singapore since 2017, was appointed as CEO of Havas Play Singapore in April 2025. Yap will continue to support his existing clients.
LePub Singapore has appointed Jordan Price as chief strategy officer. Price brings more than 25 years of experience to the role, including 17 years in Asia. Price will report to Penny Sadlier, managing director at LePub Singapore. He joins LePub while maintaining a strategic leadership role on global network clients at PG One, part of Publicis Groupe Singapore, where he was formerly regional head of planning. Prior to Publicis, he worked at Dentsu, JWT and Jung Von Matt.
NP Digital Australia, part of the globally renowned performance marketing agency founded by Neil Patel, has added eight new clients. New additions to the roster include global security leader Gallagher Security, national medical network Family Doctor, global trade brand Soudal Australia, VR gaming pioneer Zero Latency, and luxury retailers Henry Bucks and City Hatters. Most have engaged NP Digital on multi-channel retainers spanning SEO, paid media, and content strategy, underscoring the agency’s strength in delivering integrated digital solutions.
Ikea Philippines has announced its official partnership with Stratworks, a premier integrated marketing communications agency, marking a new chapter in the global home furnishing brand’s efforts to deepen its local engagement and expand its footprint in the country. Stratworks, founded in 1999 by Donna and Oliver Conda, works with clients, such as Jollibee, PLDT Home, and Universal Robina Corporation, as well as global leaders like P&G, HP, and, most recently, Geely. The agency will now serve as the PR and digital partner for IKEA.
TBWA Sydney has been awarded the brand strategy and creative account for Woolworths’ Everyday Rewards loyalty programme. M+C Saatchi is the incumbent agency and has held the Woolworths account since 2017. The supermarket giant’s loyalty programme had been separated from the wider brand portfolio earlier this year. M+C Saatchi’s bespoke agency Greenhouse Collective will continue as the lead agency across the wider Woolworths portfolio in Australia and New Zealand.
The Hoffman Agency has expanded into Thailand. Led by PJ (Prangthong) Jitcharoenkul, who brings experience in foreign affairs and public government policy news reporting, as well as work with international organisations focused on sustainability, climate change and wildlife conservation, it now has a staff of four and is expanding the team. Key clients for Hoffman Thailand include Tencent and Western Digital Corporation. Hoffman Thailand is part of One SEA, a cross-border team led by Maureen Tseng, managing director of Southeast Asia, that also spans Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.
The Peninsula Hotels has appointed Feria Kazemi as its new director of communications. Kazemi joined The Peninsula at its global headquarters in Hong Kong earlier this year, after relocating from the United Kingdom. Most recently, she served as a reputation & industry relations manager, EMEA, for Google, based in London, UK. Prior to Google, she served as a senior communications manager for Tripadvisor and Viator, a Tripadvisor company.
Havas Creative India has appointed Tina Mansukhani Garg as its new president. Based in Bengaluru, she will report to Rana Barua, group CEO, Havas India, South East Asia & North Asia. She will lead a team of more than 70 members at Havas Creative Bengaluru, managing key clients while focusing on expanding the agency’s creative and strategic footprint across the southern region. Garg was CEO and founder of Pink Lemonade Communications for over 16 years before joining Havas.
BMF Australia has appointed Aisling Colley and promoted Richard Woods to the dual role of managing director. Colley returns to BMF from Ogilvy, where she was managing partner. Before that, she worked for over a decade at BMF, serving as general manager when she left in 2023. Woods joined BMF in 2019 as group account director and was promoted to general manager in 2022.

Hawkins has spent over 15 years in the industry, working with clients such as Nike, Mini UK, Levi’s, Heineken, and Booking.com at international agencies including Wieden+Kennedy, BBC Creative, and AKQA. She has worked across Sydney, Auckland, London, Amsterdam, Tokyo, Shanghai, and the US. Fox joined Special after seven years with M+C Saatchi Australia. Prior to that, he spent nearly 15 years with Clemenger Group, at agencies Clemenger BBDO and BBDO New York.
Cheryl Lim has joined Standard Chartered as its global corporate coverage marketing director, based in Singapore. She was most recently the country head of brand and marketing at Chagee Singapore. Prior to that, she served as marketing head for StarHub, Viu, Manulife, and AXA. Lim spent her early career at DBS and HSBC. She announced the change via LinkedIn.
Emirates has appointed Ruder Finn Era as its public relations agency of record for Southeast Asia following a competitive multi-agency pitch. Ruder Finn Era will oversee communications strategy and execution across Southeast Asian markets, including Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Malaysia. The agency’s remit spans both Emirates’ consumer travel and B2B cargo divisions.
Uber Advertising has named Michael Levine head of APAC Sales, expanding his role to lead operations across Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, and India. Since 2022, Levine has driven Uber’s advertising growth in ANZ, earning multiple industry awards. As part of the role, Levine will oversee over 50 sales professionals, focusing on advertiser growth, improved insights, and local market adaptations. Uber Advertising connects brands with consumers through ad formats across rideshare and delivery, targeting sectors like QSR, grocery, FMCG, and retail. Levine aims to leverage the region’s diversity and expand Uber’s impact in APAC advertising.

Shangri-La has appointed Koo Sok Hoon as the director of marketing for Singapore. Koo most recently served as the marketing communications director for The Travel Corporation Asia, a position she has held since early 2024. Prior to that, she spent over eight years at BMW Group Singapore, where she was promoted from marketing manager to head of marketing communications. Earlier in her career, she also held marketing roles at Gucci, Breitling, and Swissotel.
Nikki Golez and Julia Arsenal Dela Rosa have co-founded PassionFruit Creative, a creative advertising agency, with Golez serving as its chief creative officer and Dela Rosa as its chief brand officer, respectively. Golez served as creative director of Propel Manila, Dentsu Creative, BBDO Guerrero, and Jayme Headquarters, with experience in the U.S.A. and the Philippines. Dela Rosa worked on both agency and client-side projects, including Propel Manila, Visual Latina, Coca-Cola, and Campaigns & Grey PH as business or client director. Singapore-based PR agency TriOn & Co (TriOn) grows its financial services portfolio with Moomoo Singapore joining its roster of retainer clients. The remit, which commenced in May 2025, focuses on Singapore and encompasses strategic media communications and content development. TriOn is also working with United Overseas Insurance Limited (UOI) and UOB FinLab, a longstanding retainer client.

With over 15 years of experience in film, television, and digital content production, Harca, before joining Producible, held the position of director and post-production head at Hogarth Australia.
