Motorola to push 3G technology in A-P ad campaign

Motorola has launched a campaign to demystify and highlight the benefits of 3G technology in Singapore and Australia, with plans to expand into other Asian markets, including Malaysia and Indonesia, later this year.

In line with the brand positioning of Motorola phones as innovative and edgy, the '3G Here' campaign targets two groups: the chic and fashionable; and the tech-savvy. It includes print, TV and below-the-line. All creative features the heart-shaped campaign logo, with slogans such as 'Get video streaming Here' and 'Download games Here'. "We wanted to capture the minds and interests of target audiences by establishing a strong link between Motorola and the music and entertainment element," said Lena Goh, regional PR and marketing manager, mobile devices sector, South Asia.
