A Hong Kong native, Ko moved from Hong Kong to Shanghai in 1995, and had stints with JWT and Ogilvy, respectively, before joining MindShare Shanghai upon its establishment in 1997.
Ko told Media that MindShare Shanghai would announce her successor in "due course".

SHANGHAI - Michelle Ko (pictured), MD of Mindshare Shanghai, has confirmed that she will depart from her post at the end of July for a break, before taking up a new position with the regional office of GroupM in Hong Kong.
