Kangshifu China wins propel Grey up league table

ANALYSIS: This table uses adjusted billings figures based on a number of criteria, only one of which is agency wins from press releases and by submission.

We share concerns over inflated billings figures - for example, last month, a US$10m reported China win was adjusted to $2m.

This is an inexact science since new business always reflects forecast billings, not previous billings.

That said, the Business Performance League tries to achieve a balance between what is reported and what is reality.
