India: Headline - GCI to handle Unicef campaign to address illiteracy
GCI India has been appointed to promote Unicef's 'Fair play for girls' education campaign, designed in partnership with the Asian Cricket Council, at the Asia Cup in Colombo. The campaign will address illiteracy among female children, one of South Asia's biggest development challenges, by encouraging parents to send girls to school. GCI pitched against five agencies. The PR push will begin this month.
