Dentsu Commex has become the regional lead agency for the Uni-President Group, following its acquisition of independent Taiwan agency, Brain Advertising. Brain had been handling the account for more than 30 years, however, its lack of offshore resources led to it losing much of the Uni-President business, including the island's largest food company, and JVs with Starbucks and 7-Eleven, which are now handled by more than 10 agencies.
