HEADLINES: Li replaced by Lancaster as Lowe Hong Kong head

Stephen Li has vacated his role as Lowe Hong Kong managing director in a management restructuring aimed at what the agency calls responding "to the changing needs of our business". His place has been taken by Donald Lancaster with immediate effect. Li will continue on with the agency, working on regional development projects.
