Headline: English Schools Foundation commences PR pitch
Hong Kong's English Schools Foundation (ESF) has sent out a request for proposals as the first stage in its efforts to appoint a PR agency, after being dogged by adverse publicity over a number of issues. Golin/Harris Forrest is expected to pitch. The ESF was previously advised by the agency's non-executive chairman, Anne Forrest.
