The programme is a joint venture between Cheung Kong (Holdings) Limited and MTR Corporation, which will see over 2,000 units at the single largest planned residential site ever to be developed in Hong Kong.
McCann Erickson earlier won the creative account for the MTR project to promote the whole Dream City district.
