Indonesian edible oil company PT Pacific Indomas is airing a television commercial to illustrate that perfection comes with hard work for the Avena cooking oil brand.

The consumer segment is increasingly health-conscious and it is challenging to differentiate in the competitive market of cooking oil. Agency Grey Jakarta takes a different path to showcase the goodness in Avena.

It takes a great deal of effort to make a delicious meal. One simply does not want a small cooking step to ruin the entire meal. The commercial features a father giving meticulous attention to a cow to make sure it is the perfect candidate for the dinner table.

Avena is hoping to create noise in the public arena with this commercial and gain 15 per cent of the market share in Indonesia.

Grey Indonesia won the Avena account last July 2009 after a four-way pitch.
