Now in its tenth year, Campaign’s Women Leading Change Awards recognise women who are moving the industry forward. We're talking about leaders who take ownership, lift others, set direction and change how leadership is practised in real workplaces.
The awards reflect Campaign’s long-standing commitment to advancing diversity, inclusion and equality by spotlighting business leaders, change-makers, trailblazers and emerging leaders who are making a measurable impact across the media, advertising, PR and marketing industries.
We invite nominations from across Asia-Pacific for women who, during the eligibility period, have demonstrated outstanding leadership, driven innovation and delivered meaningful change.
Details about the process are here; below is a snapshot of the general guidelines and key information.
New categories: New for 2026, the awards expand to recognise a wider range of campaign excellence and individual leadership across marketing, technology, content, ESG and social impact.
The new categories reflect the evolving ways brands and leaders shape the industry today. Full category details are available here.
