Burberry’s festive spot features comedian and actor Jennifer Saunders welcoming an all-star guest list to a London townhouse to celebrate Christmas together.
“Twas the knight before…” opens with Saunders getting out of a black cab and going into a busy house to prepare for the arrival of her friends.
Naomi Campbell, Ncuti Gatwa, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Son Heung-min arrive bearing gifts and join in the fun.
Saunders is seen putting the final touches to some food, laying out canapés, paying compliments to and embracing her friends.
The 90-second ad has been created in-house by Daniel Lee and directed by John Madden.
Lee has also designed the Claridge’s Christmas tree this year and the fashion house has designed a limited-edition bauble featuring a Claridge’s Bell Boy Teddy Bear in Burberry check.
There will also be a Burberry pop-up on the hotel’s ground floor, which will include a “scarf bar”, where customers will be able to get scarves and cashmere monogrammed.
