A valiant but probably futile attempt to save Barbie

From the US: 'Imagine the possibilities' for Barbie (Mattel) by BBDO

This ad is quite entertaining in its attempt to make an empowering argument for Barbie, who has fallen on hard times. Ad Nut is highly doubtful that people will buy the argument, however. After all, young girls don't need unrealistically proportioned dress-up dolls to imagine themselves as football coaches, university professors or veterinarians.
