Before and after pictures encourage pet adoption in Philippines

A campaign for CARA (Compassion and Responsibility for Animals) Philippines makes devastating use of the before-and-after technique to encourage adoption of 'rescue dogs' and 'rescue cats'. The ads, by TBWA\Santiago Mangada Puno in Manila, ran in newspapers and were distributed as posters to pet stories and veterinary clinics.
