The 227,600 sqm centre will be managed by Hong
Kong-Shanghai Venue Management, a mainland
company, which is owned by Hong Kong Exhibition
and Convention Venue Management China and
INTEX Shanghai.
The Hong Kong company is a sister firm to Hong
Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (Management) Limited.
