The campaign will run till 23 November on the Zuji website, with links to Facebook and Twitter for live updates. For one hour between 9 and 10am on weekdays, plane tickets will go for SG$1 (excluding taxes and fuel surcharges). A different destination is announced every day to reward early birds. The catch is that every second passenger gets the $1 airfare.
Facebook and Twitter followers can also participate in a daily guessing game on the next $1 destination and win vouchers for flights in 2010.
Melissa Siew, general manager at Zuji Singapore said, “Since it’s all about encouraging Singaporeans to book their holidays early, we thought that a ‘Really Early Morning Sale’ that forces the majority of the workforce to get into the office at 9am sharp, and think about holidays first thing in the morning, would be a pleasant way to kick off the working day.”
