Talbot will move from his current position as international division CEO in London. He will take over a post vacated by Antony Young about 18 months ago when he moved to London following his appointment as CEO of ZenithOptimedia UK. In the interim, Roland Crouch has been the acting COO. He will now revert to the regional CFO position. Talbot's role in the UK will be filled by the promotion of Jon Chase and Malcolm Hanlon to managing directors.

ZenithOptimedia has named Phil Talbot chief executive officer of Asia-Pacific, effective September, as part of efforts to put a new management structure in place.
