Kapoor has previously worked with Leo Burnett Singapore as creative director

Last month Y&R appointed Vishal Mehta, the former vice-president of client services at DDB Singapore, as the CEO of Y&R Indonesia.

In January it appointed Sanjay Bhasin from its regional office in Singapore to CEO of its Thai operations.
