Tsang joins from a previous role as group business director at McCann Erikson Guangming in Beijing. Da Rosa, meanwhile, is best known for heading the Li Ning business at Leo Burnett Beijing, which shifted to Shanghai last month.

The appointments come after the departure of Beijing-based Y&R China CEO Wei Wei Chen last year. Y&R Beijing will take a lead role handling the agency’s new global LG business in China.
