Y&R ends Batey's 25 year grip on STB account

The Singapore Tourist Board has formally appointed Y&R as its advertising agency of record, putting an end to Batey Red Cell's 25-year tenure on the account. Y&R defeated Bates and Batey in the three way pitch. Starcom has been selected as media agency, after it outgunned Carat and incumbent Maxus.
