Y&R is due to launch RWS and provide marketing and communications solutions that will drive the brand and business for the resort, which opens early next year.
Angela Lam, director of resort marketing at RWS, said: “We are pleased to appoint Y&R as AOR to create a brand that will set the benchmark for integrated resorts in this part of the world.”
Tanuj Philip, group CEO of Y&R Singapore said the RWS launch signifies a breakthrough in Asia’s tourism landscape.
The business was put up for pitch after TBWA Singapore resigned the brief in April citing creative and strategic differences.
