The hire marks Yoon's return to the agency after a two-year stint at McCann Erickson Korea, where he also worked as client service director.
Before joining McCann Erickson, Yoon spent a total of six years at BBDO Korea, leading accounts such as Visa, Masterfoods, Chrysler and AmorePacific.
