XM's Mandel moves to OgilvyOne

Ken Mandel, XM CEO/regional director, is moving to OgilvyOne as head of its digital strategy, following the merger of XM with WPP sister marketing communications company RMG Connect, the strategic customer relationship arm of JWT. As vice-president of digital for OgilvyOne, Asia-Pacific, Mandel will take responsibility for interactive efforts across 11 markets, effective January 1, 2006. Mandel has also been named to the newly created position of CEO, media, content and engaging channels to work across OgilvyInteractive, XM and RMG Connect for these services. In addition, Jerry Smith, director of North Asia, will take on the vice-president, director of operations role at OgilvyOne.
