Xiaonei.com hires Saatchi & Saatchi Beijing for rebranding project

BEIJING - Saatchi & Saatchi Beijing has scooped a rebranding account for Xiaonei.com, one of China's biggest social networking sites after a pitch against one other undisclosed agency.
