Wong's Greater China responsibilities will pass to Taiwan CEO KF Lee, who will be promoted to a Greater China CEO role, while regional director Roger Winter will oversee Japan, Korea and India. Responsibilities for the Philippines, currently within Wong's remit, will transfer to Richard Halmarick, who oversees Asean and Australasia as CEO Asia South.
Meanwhile, Aegis Media Nordics CEO Patrick Stahle will move to Hong Kong later this month for a three-month stint as acting CEO for the region, to drive growth on the ground pending a full-time appointment to the role.
Stahle will assist Carat Americas CEO David Verklin, who also took on Asia-Pacific duties last year.
