Wei-Li Taiwan selects DraftFCB

TAIPEI - Taiwan-based food company Wei-Li has selected DraftFCB to handle its integrated communications duties, after a competitive three-way pitch with at least two other unnamed local shops.

Estimated at approximately US$1 million, the specific brief will initially focus on launching a new Oyster Essence health supplement drink, a new foray for the brand into that category.

DraftFCB Taiwan declined to confirm details of the pitch, but the first campaign is expected to break by year end.
