<p>In a bid to provide new technology content, media and ecommerce </p><p>services to Global Services customers, the B2B solutions provider has </p><p>formed a joint-venture partnership with CMP Media Inc. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>The joint-venture sees Global Sources owning a 60 per cent stake, with </p><p>CMP Media holding onto the remaining 40 per cent. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>CMP is poised to provide international news, trend forecasts and </p><p>community-specific content while playing a key role in the relaunch of </p><p>Global Sources' array of tech-focused, multi-lingual websites. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>Meanwhile, CMP brands EE Times and Electronics Buyers' News are </p><p>earmarked for content integration with existing Global Sources sites. </p><p><BR><BR> </p>
