DoubleClick has been appointed as the exclusive advertising
representative to Singapore's StarHub Internet.
The agreement covers ad space for www.starhub.net.sg and
www.mystarhub.com.sg.
DoubleClick said it had confirmed global recruitment site Monster.com.sg
as its first advertiser on StarHub Internet.
Separately, DoubleClick has announced the appointment of Mr Milo Ryan as
Hong Kong country manager.
Mr Ryan will lead the overall operation and business development of
DoubleClick Media in Hong Kong and will be responsible for identifying
potential strategic partners, working together with DoubleClick Inc's
global network on ad delivery concerns.
He will also help in identifying effective advertising strategies and
formats for local website publishers, advertising agencies and
marketers.
Mr Ryan will report to Mr Steve Moss, CEO of DoubleClick Media in
Asia.
Prior to joining DoubleClick, Mr Ryan was regional network development
director at Real Media Asia, based in Hong Kong.
He led a regional team of interactive and marketing experts in
identifying acquisition targets and strategic partnerships for the
company's expansion into Asian markets.
