Further, the company's spending in the three months to September </p><p>should have broken down as Web development HKdollars 44.8 million and </p><p>advertising promotions HKdollars 31 million. In addition, Tom.com will </p><p>procure one or more domestic PRC companies to acquire the balance of the </p><p>interest of Fench Star. </p><p><BR><BR> </p>
