The online publication </p><p>follows the model of Fortune China, also published by CCI, which went </p><p>online last year. </p><p><BR><BR> </p><p>In 1999, use of the Internet in China increased by 324 per cent to 8.9 </p><p>million people. </p><p><BR><BR> </p>
