WE Marketing Group has been awarded Lane Crawford’s CRM brief in Beijing, after a competitive pitch thought to involve Grey Worldwide.
According to sources, Lane Crawford is seeking to ramp up its customer retention efforts for its first store in the capital, which is expected to open later this year.
National shampoo brand Hundred Years, which was recently acquired by Nice, a mainland detergent maker, has selected WE Marketing to relaunch the brand and drive it into tier one cities.
The agency has also landed a branding, design and advertising brief for a new retail jewellery chain HV Love owned by popular television star, Yan Lan.
