Jon Hoel joins the agency from Possible Worldwide as client services director, and Ogilvy & Mather’s Pim Pritsangkul joins as business director.
Waggener Edstrom’s Carlie Guy has also been appointed as research and insight director, while Nicole Ong joins as senior account manager from BBH.
The appointments bring the total headcount up to 21, marking rapid growth for the agency that launched in September last year.
The additions come on the back of big wins for the agency, including an announcement last month that it had been selected to help develop Tiger Beer’s global social media strategy.
We Are Social Singapore was also recently appointed by The Standard Chartered Marathon Singapore Organising Committee to manage social media activity around its marathon event next month.
Simon Kemp, managing director of We Are Social Singapore, said despite the rapid growth there remains a “start-up feel” to the agency, which he said was key in attracting talent from big network agencies.
