WCVM revamps site to boost venue data

HONG KONG The World Council for Venue Management (WCVM) has revamped its website to improve information about the public assembly venue industry. The website located at www.venue.org includes a "Calendar of Events". highlighting the eight member associations' events, useful information in the "Journal and Resource Data Centre", and a gallery with photos and links for venues around the world. "With the relaunch of the WCVM website, we have a new look in content, design and navigation," WCVM chairman Mr Cliff Wallace said. "The new site is neat, lively, eye-catching and informative, in an interactive and easy-to-handle format. It is quick-loading and user-friendly." The site's relaunch echoes WCVM's mission of "enhancing communication and operating standards in the industry," Mr Wallace added.
