Waggener Edstrom has boosted its China leadership, appointing Winnie Lai China general manager after a six month sabbatical. <BR><BR> Stepping into the GM role in Hong Kong is Rachel Catanach (pictured), former senior account director. <BR><BR> The appointments follow the agency's win of the substantial GE Healthcare business earlier this year.
