Wootton will take up the French post on 1 January.

Wootton commented: “Singapore has been a hugely rewarding experience, and now Waggener Edstrom’s French business promises fresh opportunities. I’m eager to grow our existing technology and healthcare accounts and explore new openings, like those in the innovative French energy sector.”

Wootton has 17 years of PR experience. He joined Waggener Edstrom Worldwide in London in 2003, and became general manager in Munich before moving to Singapore in 2006.
