VW ties with MyClick for Lavida campaign

SHANGHAI - Shanghai Volkswagen has contracted MyClick to extend the mobile aspect of its ad campaign promoting its Lavida model.

In the promotion, users take mobile pictures of a specified Lavida airship image and send it to a designated number via MMS, which is processed by MyClick's image-recognition technology. From there, they can receive information about the Guangzhou Auto Show, schedule a test drive of the new Lavida car, enter a draw to win VW prices or receive a Christmas greeting card.

The campaign will target audiences in Fuzhou, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Shanghai and Shenzhen.
