Veet launches Goodbye Bush campaign

AUSTRALIA - Hair-removal brand Veet has paid tribute to American president Barack Obama by launching a print ad proclaiming 'Goodbye Bush' to usher out the old administration.

Creative agency Euro RSCG said the “cheeky” banner ad notes the departure of George W. Bush from the White House one day after Obama’s swearing-in ceremony while concurrently promoting Veet’s Reckitt Benckiser’s hair-removal cream.

The ad, which reads “Goodbye Bush”, appeared in Australia’s Daily Telegraph and Herald Sun in conjunction with the coverage of Obama’s inauguration
