Valuair targets Visa's 26m cardholder base

Singapore's first budget carrier, Valuair, has unveiled a loyalty tie-up with Visa International, giving it access to Visa's 26 million cardholders in its initial destinations: Singapore, Bangkok, Hong Kong and Jakarta.
