US PR firm makes first regional hire

New York-based PR consultancy Atwood Partners has made its first appointment in the region, naming Manish Kalghatgi managing consultant, based in Mumbai. <BR><BR> Reporting to managing partner Frank Pinto, Kalghatgi has been tasked with servicing Atwood's clients globally, with an emphasis on the Asia-Pacific region, and his responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, media relations and communications counsel. <BR><BR> Kalghatgi was previously head of corporate communications at RPG Enterprises, and boasts 15 years' experience in journalism, corporate and marketing communications.
