URA shortlists three agencies for Marina Bay account

SINGAPORE - The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) of Singapore is believed to have shortlisted three agencies to pitch for its US$1 million Marina Bay Series 2010 full-service account.

From the seven agencies which presented for the second round last week, DDB, McCann Worldgroup and Saatchi & Saatchi have made it to a final round of reviewing.

The URA had first put out the tender for a marketing communications partner for its Marina Bay Series in mid-September.

The next year is set to be a milestone year for Marina Bay precinct with the completion of many key developments and projects.

A yearlong series of events and activities, tentatively named Marina Bay Series 2010, has been proposed to showcase Singapore’s new development at Marina Bay, which will feature commercial and residential properties.
