2 Largest meeting space The 16,000 sqm ballroom in Singapore’s first Hard Rock Hotel will hold 7,300 theatre style.
3 Largest function space The Hard Rock’s ballroom will hold 5,500 banquet style.
4 Biggest and smallest sizes for meetings and incentives RWS can hold events from ten to 23,000 people. Rooms of various sizes will be available, as well as outdoor areas.
5 Attractions for private functions Universal Studios Singapore and Marine Life Park will offer more than 20 event venues for up to 23,000 delegates at one time.
6 Best incentive options Universal Studios Singapore with offerings such as Lost World and WaterWorld; gala themed dinners while being entertained by the acrobatic cast from Le Vie or Egypt themed zones;
a street party on New York Street or Hollywood Boulevard; and cuttingedge rides.
7 Events already booked A number of meeting and incentive programmes have tentative bookings. There seems to be a race to be among the first to hold an event at RWS.
