Ultra Milk narrows agency search

JAKARTA - Ultrajaya Milk Industry (UJI), Indonesia's largest producer of aseptic drinks, has narrowed its search for an agency to handle its Ultra Milk brand to four contenders, with DraftFCB, TBWA, DDB Brainstorm and DM Pratama Communications in the running.

Bates 141, which has handled this account for the last three years, parted ways with UJI after its flagship brand Bauvita was acquired by Unilever. The WPP agency has continued to service Bauvita.

Ultrajaya’s products include liquid milk, fruit juices, tea, traditional and health drinks and tropical fruit juice concentrates marketed under brands such as Ultra and Buavita.
