The company’s co-owner Emma Dale (pictured) has relocated from London to Hong Kong to head up the new office. She currently focuses on Prospect’s international business - with a large concentration on the Middle East - from London, and plans to recruit across all sectors of PR with a focus on mid- to senior-level positions in Asia.
According to Dale, Prospect will focus specifically on recruitment for the PR industry in Hong Kong, Singapore and China, across a range of disciplines including corporate, financial, health care and technology.
Dale added that she is looking to extend Prospect’s ongoing relationships with agencies including Golin Harris, Weber Shandwick, Edelman and Fleishman Hillard and companies such as Microsoft and Goldman Sachs into Asia.
“We see this as a really good market to bring a very consultative approach to recruitment over here,” she said, adding that the company, “tends to work account director level upwards”.
