After nine years, Kenneth Tsang is to depart ZenithOptimedia Singapore, with the agency naming arpreet Singh as his successor as CEO.
Industry veteran Tsang, who leaves for "personal reasons", founded the Zenith-Optimedia operation in the city. He confirmed that he has no specific plans in mind after 20-odd years in the industry.
Singh, meanwhile, has spent five years at the agency, most recently as GM. Zenith is also promoting Terence Chan to COO, from a previous position as executive director of integrated communications.
"We will intensify our focus and efforts in the area of accountable communications planning, through investments in research and people," said Singh.
"Additionally, we will grow our Zed Digital capability as Singapore leads the way in the adoption of technology across the region."
